By Local MTA Bus ($2.25 one-way fare)
Bus #1 runs north up 1st Ave. and South down 2nd Ave. Northbound buses stop at the corner of 120th St. and 1st Ave. (including regular service and limited service buses). From the Harlem 125th Station, you can take bus #101 (from the eastbound side of the street) to 120th St. and Lexington Ave. From there, walk 3 blocks east to the clinic.

Our clinic is located in a building that houses La Clínica del Barrio and EHCCI (East Harlem Council for Community Improvement). You will see a large sign on the side of the building as you approach it from 120th St. on the corner of 1st Ave & 120th St.

Street parking on Saturday morning is usually abundant. Be sure to read the parking signs carefully. The entrance of La Clínica del Barrio is on 120th St., between 1st Ave. and Pleasant Ave.

By MetroNorth:
Take the Harlem Line from Valhalla, North White Plains, or White Plains to either:

  • Harlem/125th Street Station (at Lexington Ave.) --  Walk east along 125th St. for 3 blocks and then south down 1st Ave. for 5 blocks. Alternatively, you can take the bus from the Harlem/125th St. Station to the clinic (see above).
  • Grand Central Terminal/42nd Street -- Take the subway (lines #4, 5, 6) up to 125th Street. Walk east along 125th St. for 3 blocks and then south down 1st Ave. for 5 blocks. Alternatively, you can take the bus from the Harlem/125th St. Station to the clinic (see above).
